Check Adobe Flash Player

The most common issue on a desktop or laptop computer is lacking an up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player.

  • Connector.

    Download and install Adobe Flash Player.

    Adobe Flash Player is a lightweight browser plug-in required to view streaming video from First Baptist Cleveland when using a desktop or laptop. Click here to download Adobe Flash Player.

  • Connector.

    Restart your web browser if necessary.

    After installing Adobe Flash Player, you may need to close and reopen your web browser. Follow instructions provided by Adobe Flash Player.

  • Connector.

    Refresh the webpage.

    Return to live.firstbaptistcleveland.com and refresh the page if necessary after installing Adobe Flash Player.

Try a Different Web Browser

Sometimes using an incompatible web browser such as an older version of Internet Explorer may cause various issues.

Try using one of these two suggested alternative web browsers. Both are free and are supported on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Select a lower video playback quality

If while watching the stream the video pauses often and is not playing smoothly, your internet connection may not be fast or stable enough to support the highest quality settings.

Click on the HD button in the lower right corner of the video player and try switching to a lower quality option.
